  • Are Naseeg products really made in Egypt ? 
    Yes , All Naseeg Products are designed and made in Egypt with highly skilled Egyptian Workers However 50% of our main materials are sourced from outside Egypt to provide the highest quality for our products . 

  • Are Naseeg product a good quality and worth their price ? 
    Yes , At Naseeg we make our design simple without any complications that would cause a design failure when using our products , sourcing only high quality materials and perform all type of testes for every new product sample before the mass production process . 

  • Why you keep raising the product prices ?
    we are committed to only produce high quality products that are both durable and functional and in order to achieve this we need to import some of our material from outside Egypt and due to inflation and import difficulty material prices have raised for more than 100% and this is the main reason why we keep raising product prices . 

  • Can i replace or Exchange any received products ? 
    Sure , you can perform a product exchange or return within 14 days calculated from the order delivery date just make sure to have the original package and don't use the product also you can check the refund and exchange policy from here 

  • Can i open the package before paying the order fees to the courier ? 
    Yes , you can open the package , inspect the products and accept or refuse the shipment without the need to pay the shipping fees in case of refusing the shipment , you can check all the shipping policy inside Egypt from here and the international shipping policy from here . 

  • Do you Provide warranty on the products after purchasing ? 
    Yes , According to the Egyptian Consumer protection law number 181 for the year 2018 , the consumer have 30-days from the delivery date to return and exchange the product if there is a quality problem Caused by manufacturing not by the misuse of the product . 

  • Do you provide maintenance service for your products ?
    No , Currently we don't provide maintenance service however you can buy all the original spare parts for our product from here and do maintenance at the nearest bags or shoes workshop to you ( don't do the repair at a clothes workshop ) .

  • Do you provide product customization ? 
    No , We don't provide product customization as we produce all our products in Bulk to keep the manufacturing cost efficient . 

  • Can you add my Company logo to a specific product ? 
    Yes , we can add your company logo to any product at NASEEG and the minimum order quantity to do so is 50 units from the same color of any product and it usually takes between 14 to 21 working days to do so .
