International Shipping Policy

  • All Orders Are shipped from Egypt to your country through air flights that would take from 7 - 12 working days . 

  • The available payment method for international orders is online payments through your visa or mastercard in the Egyptian pound currency , Cash on Delivery is only available for orders that are shippined inside Egypt only . 

  • Exchange and Refund after shipping products from Egypt due to change in mind reason isn't available for international orders , However for Wrong items and quality issues we are obligated to refund your money or send another order for you free of charge . 

  • Money Refund to your card usually takes between 7 to 14 business days as it depends on your card issuer and bank . 

  • The final judgments for your complaints about any quality issue is left to our quality control team to decide within 2 business days .
